Etching was a huge pain in the ass! Worked out ok for both pedals but I couldn’t get an etch as deep as I would have liked, ended up using a waterslide over top of the Life Pedal clone (right) as the black paint didn’t go deep enough. Still nice effect and would probably try it again with a higher concentrate FeCl solution. The pedal on the left is a teensy 4 based midi controller with TRS IN/OUT/THRU, and midi out on the back.

low-gain matrix mixer build with banana jacks. there’s a butchered endorphin.es 2hp power mounted inside with a power switch and barrel jack ported to the outside, all mounted in a fraptools 42hp case.
